Your order will not be shipped if your prescription is not on file and if oxygen, heated humidifiers, CPAP masks, and machines are included in your order. However, it is important to state that DME parts and supplies like water chambers, tubing, filters, pillows, cushions, and mask parts do not need a prescription.
You can provide your prescription in three different ways:
- By fax
- By email
- By requesting through the customer service
It is important to state that your order number should be written on your prescription if sent via fax or email.

Prescription can be gotten from your physician. A doctor with expertise and records of your sleep pattern and who is not unaware that you use prescription required medical equipment should be happy to write a prescription for your supplies. This is usually quicker and helps you save time instead of having to go through a specialist. There is a prescription form that your doctor can make use of.
Prescription can be written by hand on a standard prescription pad. Contact information, name of the physician, name of patient, and care provider’s signature, must be contained in the prescription pad. A thing or two must also be said about the needed equipment. E.g., CPAP mask, CPAP supplies, and CPAP humidifier. Ideally, a pressure setting should be included in the prescription for a CPAP machine.

Yes. Any prescription written by a U.S physician will be accepted regardless of the language.

No, it is not. If there is an international prescription from a U.S licensed doctor or physician, the order will be shipped to your residential country or any state in the U.S as soon as a verifiable and valid prescription is received. However, this policy does not apply to some manufacturer’s brand such as ResMed, Paykel, Respironics Fisher, and DeVilbiss.

As earlier stated, the CPAP prescription should contain specific details of the patient and physician such as physician signature, contact information of the physician, physician’s full name, and the name of the patient.
