However, it is important to state that DME parts and supplies like water chambers, tubing, filters, pillows, cushions, and mask parts do not need a prescription.

Prescription can be written by hand on a standard prescription pad. Contact information, name of the physician, name of patient, and care provider’s signature, must be contained in the prescription pad. A thing or two must also be said about the needed equipment. If there is an international prescription from a U.S licensed doctor or physician, the order will be shipped to your residential country or any state in the U.S as soon as a verifiable and valid prescription is received. However, this policy does not apply to some manufacturer’s brand such as ResMed, Paykel, Respironics Fisher, and DeVilbiss.
